WHEN   :                                        25th – 26th July 2009

PROPOSED SCHEDULE:    Sat am: Short Programs/ Some Non National Sections
                                                             Sun pm: Non National Sections & Free Programs
 (Please note that times depend on number of entries and may change due to ice availability!!!)

OFFICIAL PRACTICE:          Friday, 24th July 2009 (provisional, to be confirmed)   

DRAW:                                            Closed draw prior to arrival 

REGISTRATION:                       Registration will take place at the ice rink - time and date to be advised.  All additional ice time fees will have to be settled at registration.  Coaches to make sure that skaters fill in the patch  form available at the CD player. 

ENTRY FEE:                              R120.00 per skater
                                                             R150.00 per dance/pairs couple
                                                            R500.00 per Synchronized Team                                               

CLOSING DATE:                      Friday, 10th July 2009
                                                             No late entries will be accepted.

QUALIFICATION:                     As at closing date.
                                                             Ages as at 1/7/09.
