Although each province's application form is the same, please note the procedure to be used when applying for membership with the relevant province:

Central Gauteng:

We do not accept cash - all membership fees must be paid directly into our bank account.

All membership fees must be paid in cash directly to Sally Baird at the icerink along with the application form and copy of ID/birth certificate.

We do not accept cash - all membership fees must be paid directly into our bank account.
